St\u00e1le se o t\u00e9to problematice v\u0161ude p\u00ed\u0161e, ale st\u00e1le to bohu\u017eel mnoz\u00ed d\u011blaj\u00ed. Ono to v dne\u0161n\u00ed usp\u011bchan\u00e9 dob\u011b, kter\u00e1 po\u017eaduje rychl\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky, nen\u00ed v\u016fbec jednoduch\u00e9. \u010casto m\u00e1me moc pr\u00e1ce a stresu doma i v zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. A pak se jen t\u011b\u017eko da\u0159\u00ed skloubit spr\u00e1vnou tr\u00e9ninkovou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, dostate\u010dn\u00fd odpo\u010dinek a vhodn\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z n\u00e1s maj\u00ed sklon b\u011bhem dne po\u0159\u00e1d n\u011bco uj\u00eddat a d\u00e1vat si mal\u00e9 sva\u010dinky. Pr\u00e1v\u011b k tomu je dobr\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt zeleninu. Nakr\u00e1jet si na kousky okurku, papriku, raj\u010de nebo mrkev. Nejsme l\u00edn\u00ed si takovou sva\u010dinu p\u0159ipravit, takov\u00e1 n\u00e1m nejv\u00edce prosp\u011bje. Co ale dosa\u017een\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00edch k\u0159ivek br\u00e1n\u00ed, to je pop\u00edjen\u00ed alkoholu. Pokud hubneme, tak se mu rozhodn\u011b vyh\u00fdb\u00e1me. I kdy\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad jedna \u010di dv\u011b sklenky kvalitn\u00edho v\u00edna by tak nevadily, probl\u00e9m je v tom, \u017ee n\u00e1s konzumace alkoholu sv\u00e1d\u00ed k j\u00eddlu.
